STEP 1. Know what you want…We need to know the exact vehicle that you want to buy.  That means that you must tell us what Make, Model, Trim Level, Exterior Color, Interior Color, and whether you want Cloth or Leather seating surfaces.  We also need to know if you want any additional equipment and special equipment packages (ie premium packages and/or audio packages, etc.)  Choice of transmission and engine.

NOTE: We have included a check list you can untilize to organize the above information in order to minimize any confusion or omissions.

HOW AND WHERE TO FIND HELP WITH THE ABOVE INFORMATION::

  1. Go to the manufacturer’s web-site (We have a list of links for your convenience…go to and click on links at the top of this page).  Go to the “build your own vehicle” section of the manufacturer’s web-site and follow the instructions provided.  Make sure to print out the final product, so you can fax or e-mail it to us.
    OR
  2. Go to a nearby dealership and get brochures, take a test drive and ask questions in an effort to gather as much information as you can. REMEMBER…you are not there to negotiate, have your trade evaluated or discuss terms…THAT IS OUR JOB…Just tell the sales associate that you are just there to look at some vehicles, and to do some prilimary research.

STEP 2. Complete the form located here.

HOW MUCH WILL OUR SERVICE COST YOU?

Our initial fee is $99.00. For this we will provide you with the following:

  1. Detailed vehicle description
  2. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) or Sticker Price
  3. A discounted sale price (negotiated on your behalf)
  4. Rebates and/or finance incentives available to you

At this point if you should choose to continue, we will continue the search and negotiation.  When we feel that we have negotiated the very best sale price, we will then provide you with all your purchase information as follows…

  1. The location of the dealership and the name of the sales associate with whom we negotiated the sale price on your new car or truck.
  2. A commitment from the dealership to hold your new vehicle until delivery.  You will also be receiving the vehicle stock number, MSRP (sticker price), negotiated sale price and a sales manager point of contact at the dealership.
  3. If you’re trading your old vehicle…We will provide you with a report listing the trade-in value, and other relevant values to include…wholesale, retail and private party selling prices.  These values will be approximations as that, we cannot see or test drive your trade.  Nonetheless, these figures will be very useful when negotiating the liquidation of your trade.
  4. On the day that you go to the dealership to take delivery of your new car or truck, we will be on stand-by.  In the event that you should have any  questions or concerns, call us immediately.  It is our job to act as your representative and to ensure that all goes smoothly.
  5. Finally, should your vehicle become a total loss due to accident or theft…We will provide you with the current retail value of you vehicle. This will assist you in maximizing the amount of money you’ll receive from the paying insurance company.  In addition, we will offer to you our services (in full) for the $99.00 research fee, when you replace your car or truck.  There will be no additional fees!
***Your final bill will be calculated as follows…

THE TOTAL NEGOTIATED DISCOUNT (NOT INCLUDING MANUFACTURER’S REBATES)  WILL BE MULTIPLIED BY 15%…

FOR EXAMPLE…
  • The client’s vehicle of choice had an MSRP (sticker price) of $20,000.00
