Haggle Free Autos is an invaluable service which has taken care of the burden of every car issue from haggling price, to buying the car, and every issue in between for car buying and ownership. I appreciate that Kelly and Charle (Haggle Free Auto Team) are always available and always make my issues, questions and concerns a top priority. Time is a commodity and it is hard enough juggling work, a home, and a personal life let alone having to deal with car dealers. When I have questions or issues with the dealer, each time Haggle Free has done a wonderful job in taking care of each issue quickly, and efficiently. It is wonderful to know that anything I ask is taken care of, as I would do it myself although without the stress. I never knew car brokers existed until a friend told me about Kelly and Charle Donohue and Haggle Free Autos.  I couldn't imagine how it would all work when they live on the opposite side of the country.  I called to find out and was immediately impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism.  Being more of a right brain person, I find dealing with high pressure sales people extremely difficult.  The whole thing is just exhausting.

Folks, Recently our work van died and we needed to replace it. Now this is not an exciting purchase such as a 57 T bird. This is about as exciting, as buying a new shovel. Our requirements are rather specific and there are not many vans manufactured with the equipment we want/need. The last van was a 2000 that cost $30K. In November, I spent a week with friend hunting elk in his new (1 week old ) Toyota pickup. Now, this guy is a neat nick, pain in the rear and he had shopped the Toyota dealers to death and ended up buying his truck through a "car broker". He saved $2000.00 over the best deal he could get! So I decided to use a broker to find a van. I figure my time must be worth $20.00 a day, so spending 5 days running all of the country trying to locate a van had to be worth $100 of my time.

I contacted Kelly Donohue at sales@hagglefreeautos.com I used the phone. His number is 304-839-7413. He and his wife, Charle, offer a nation wide service on both new and used autos. He located a 2008 van in Bel Air MD. with 10,000 miles on it. The dealer had it priced at $19,000.00. I bought it for $14,500.00 + a $150 airplane ticket to go pick it up. Delivery could have been arranged, however, It was easier and quicker just to jump on a morning flight and drive it home. The key to this is, we buy a car every couple of years. These guys at the dealerships sell cars every day, we are no competition for the salesmen. I'll use this service again even on our next Mercedes. If you need a vehicle I recommend that you investigate this service.

This service is absolutely priceless. Having purchased vehicles directly from the dealer for the last few decades...I can honestly say, I'll never do it again. The only time I want to see a dealer is to have my vehicle serviced. I was a bit leery at first to use a broker, but I am more than satisfied, and actually surprised at how easy the process really is.

Haggle-Free took their combined year's of experience and passed the savings on to me...minus the dealership headaches, tricks, and sales gimmicks of course. Kelly put me in a brand new $61,000 fully loaded escalade that normally retails for $69,000. He was in constant communication with me every step of the way - and gave me best and worst case scenarios on all of my questions. Before I signed on the dotted line with the dealer, Kelly reviewed all of my paperwork and helped mitigate any errors in the financing.
