As a real estate agent- I know the value of having
an advocate on your side in a situation in which
you are not that knowledgeable. I have bought and
sold plenty of cars, and ALWAYS felt like I was getting
ripped off. I feel like I got a Mercedes Benz experience
buying my used Ford truck through you. I know I saved
a lot of money and time, and did way better on the
whole transaction than I could have done on my own.
I have already been singing your praises to several
of my friends. I think you did a great job, your
service was more than I expected, and invaluable
to me. I think you are a bargain.

I must admit I was nervous
at first about using Haggle Free Autos. Other
than their web site I knew nothing about them except
that I couldn't find anything negative about them
online or from the Better Business Bureau. So I
asked for more information.
Kelly responded almost immediately, clearly explained
what Haggle Free Autos would do and how much it would
cost. I figured the only thing at risk was my $99
deposit , as the total fee would be payable only
if I decided to purchase the car through Haggle Free
Autos.
Boy am I glad we put Haggle Free Autos to work. Two
days later Kelly and his wife Char had saved us nearly
$6,000 on a car with the exact color, features and
options that my wife wanted. That was $4,000 less
that the best deal I was able to get on my own before
putting Haggle Free Autos to work and a bigger savings
than we had expected! In addition, they
got us $350 more for our trade-in than I was previously
offered!
Then, when it was time to pick up the car at a nearby
dealer, Kelly was standing by the phone just in
case we needed him. However everything was pre-arranged,
so we simply had to sign the papers and we were
on our way home in my wife’s new car a few
minutes later.
You can be sure that the next
time I’m planning
to buy a car I’ll be calling Kelly and Char
at Haggle Free Autos again! They saved us a
bundle and made buying a new car a hassle-free experience. (Perhaps
they should rename their company Haggle and Hassle
Free Autos!)

This service is absolutely priceless. Having purchased vehicles directly from the dealer for the last few decades...I can honestly say, I'll never do it again. The only time I want to see a dealer is to have my vehicle serviced. I was a bit leery at first to use a broker, but I am more than satisfied, and actually surprised at how easy the process really is.
Haggle-Free took their combined year's of experience and passed the savings on to me...minus the dealership headaches, tricks, and sales gimmicks of course. Kelly put me in a brand new $61,000 fully loaded escalade that normally retails for $69,000. He was in constant communication with me every step of the way - and gave me best and worst case scenarios on all of my questions. Before I signed on the dotted line with the dealer, Kelly reviewed all of my paperwork and helped mitigate any errors in the financing.
I live in Maryland, but I purchased the truck from Missouri. Kelly even helped negotiate the best auto-transport trucking company to deliver my vehicle, which incidentally arrived at my house two days ahead of schedule.
